AquaFit Classes in Port Perry

The program runs in three separate blocks, each consisting of six sessions. Participants can register for one block or multiple blocks, depending on their schedule and goals. With small class sizes of 12 people and personalized attention, you’ll have the opportunity to progress at your own pace while still being encouraged and motivated by the group setting.
